When designing electronic circuits, choosing the right FET (Field Effect Transistor) plays a crucial role in ensuring stability and efficiency. Among the most important categories to understand are high-voltage/high-current FETs and low-power/logic-level FETs . These two serve very different purposes and require specific considerations. This post compares both types from a practical design perspective.     1.
